All sections of the form must be completed in full to ensure the nomination can be reviewed by the jury.

Supporting materials, including proof of work, portfolios, press coverage, videos, interviews, campaign links, or other relevant documentation, may be submitted separately to the email address listed in the Contact section of our website. When submitting additional materials, please clearly state the nominee’s full name and the relevant award category in the subject line.

Only complete and verifiable nominations will be considered.
